Supervisor – Highways Repairs and Maintenance Location: Hertfordshire

The Role: We are seeking a Supervisor to manage highways repairs and maintenance across Hertfordshire.
You'll oversee supply chain partners, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all worksites.
Supervise and coordinate resources, subcontractors, and operatives.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Record site measurements, manage valuations, and ensure KPIs are met.
Deliver toolbox talks and foster a positive team environment.
Review processes to drive improvements and maximize productivity.
About You: Supervisory experience in highways or a similar field.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of specialist treatments is a plus.
Flexible with working hours and travel.
