Supervising Social Worker Independent Fostering agency This is a home-based role covering the Bath, Bristol, Taunton area.
Salary up to £39,000 plus car allowance + benefits We are seeking a dedicated and Qualified Supervising Social Worker to join a leading Independent Fostering Agency.
This is a permanent, home-based position that provides flexibility and autonomy while serving the Bath, Bristol, and Taunton region.

Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality supervision and support to a caseload of foster carers.

Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
Qualifications and Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 12 months of social work experience in the UK.
Education : Relevant Social Work Qualification.
Registration : Current registration with Social Work England (or Social Care Wales but would need to register with SWE before commencing role).
Background Checks & references : Subject to an enhanced DBS and reference checks undertaken by end employer should you be successful Driving : Full driving license and access to a car.
