Job description About the Support Worker role: Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Sandbach
Shifts Available: Days Nights

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Sandbach.
We are we are looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support.
This role is Supporting a female with autism who is non-verbal.
She can display behaviours that challenge and signs of anxiety and distress.
She has a good sense of humour and very much enjoys company.She will need support with maintaining his own home, promoting independence and supporting to health appointments.
Applicant requirements:
Looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support
Knowledge in positive behaviour support, LD, autism and behaviours that challenge would be an advantage, but all training will be given
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
