As Chef Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in training the next generation of chefs.
You'll deliver hands-on demonstrations to students, support them with assessments, and help operate our kitchens.
Working as part of a dynamic team within our in-house award-winning restaurant, Edmunds, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and help shape the next generation of aspiring chefs.
Key Responsibilities: Instruct students on essential culinary skills, equipment use, and safety practices.
Assist with hospitality events and ensure that all kitchen environments meet health and safety standards.
Supervising students in the kitchen for restaurant service (some evening work may be required) Maintain organised, clean, and safe kitchen spaces.
Provide group and one-on-one technical support to students.
