Success Manager - Home Based Role with some travel to team and client meetings - £31,500 to £35,500 per annum based on essential skills and experience.
What will you do?
As a Success Manager at TheTalentPeople you will be responsible for one of our clients - Channel 4 project management – ensuring all projects, including work experience, employability and recruitment campaigns, are delivered to the highest quality and project objectives are met at all stages.
Responsibilities will include: Create and maintain project plans to enable successful campaign delivery across all Channel 4 projects Co-ordinate internal teams to deliver project objectives Manage both external and internal stakeholders across various disciplines Manage weekly client calls alongside the other delivery teams Act as main point of contact to the clients on your projects, positively challenging assumptions when necessary to drive project and candidate success Provide regular reports of across all projects Overseeing the Channel 4 project annual cycle, you will drive the project review points and support with project scoping for subsequent years Ensure the regular daily and accurate input of all activity in all systems e.g.
Asana, Talent Portal Support in the creation and the feedback of end of campaign reports Work closely with the delivery teams to drive project actions, supporting with strategic decisions.
Project manage other client projects to support team capacity when required.

apprenticeships, graduates, work experience or schools programmes You have 2+ years of experience in project management or leading large projects Clear and effective communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence others Able to build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse range of people Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record at meeting objectives Sound understanding of recruitment in a commercial environment Diversity and inclusion focused.
