Scope Houlihan Lokey's Augmented Coverage & Execution team is an innovative group that assists Bankers in revenue generation activities. We are looking for a proactive Success Analyst to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and will have the skills to engage and enable Houlihan Lokey's Bankers to achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities Act as the face of the Augmented Coverage & Execution team to build and manage successful relationships with Bankers to assist in revenue generating activities.Provide insights to Bankers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, setting our Bankers up to meet their objectives with the aim of helping grow our client base.Serve as a Sector Coverage expert and ensure strong product adoption across all partners and relevant stakeholders at all levels.Leverage the firm's research and automation resources to identify potential opportunities across the firm's lines of business.Work collaboratively with the Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot Banker issues and help influence our roadmap.Help collect and analyze Banker success metrics and data.Basic Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS).1-3 years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably in the tech-enabled services or financial services industry.The ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Excellent listening and presentation skills.Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and the ability to work with internal partners to drive forward projects.Proven ability to research, organize and present complex ideas.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.First-class literacy, numeracy and organizational skills.A keen commercial sense, and a broad general knowledge and interest in current affairs.Preferred Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge of investment banking preferred.Experience in research, ideally in a business-to-business environment (financial / market research).Experience with or interest in SQL, Sigma or Tableau (or any other data & analytics tools e.g. PowerBI) an advantage.Additional language skills an advantage.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
