Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary.
You will You will be working with your team members, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly.
You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.
completing 121 and group sessions with patients promote safe patient care develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.
Excellent communication skills Good IT skills and IT literacy Ability to work within a busy environment Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
