Substance Misuse Practitioner – Manchester- Up To £26 P/H

An exciting job role has recently become available with our team in Manchester.
They are looking for a new member for their Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team.
Duties/requirements: Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuseManaging referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.
Experience: Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencing homelessness.
ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 monthsUK driving license.
