are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our growing Studio Team.
Working in the largest in-house studio in the North East, you will be responsible for assisting our Studio Team in the production of market-leading imagery seen by over 6 million visitors each month.
The Styling Assistant works as part of the Styling team to update and maintain the styling wardrobe to support the styling workflow process and provide supporting pieces for modelling.
The Styling team works as part of the end-to-end studio workflow process, styling END.
products in a relevant and appropriate manner to support their sale online for a best-in-class retail experience.  What you'll be doing: Key responsibilities Maintain the wardrobe for the Styling team to effectively style models with appropriate adjacent products.
Collaboration with Stylist to ensure appropriate wardrobe is maintained and feedback is auctioned appropriately.
Achieve KPI targets associated with the role with a focus on reducing time to site and cost per style unblocking (or escalating) issues to maximise productivity.
Excellent understanding of END.
Style Guides and customer profiles making sure that enough stock is available for brand adjacencies in all categories.
Interpret the stylist team's creative direction, constructively raising issues if it does not translate in to the wardrobe.
                                                 Ensure wardrobe is regularly refreshed to avoid sire repetition, to ensure low unites are replaced.  Maintains wardrobe records and regularly audits  the wardrobe and ensures product integrity at all times.

Cover dressing on set where needed.
Main point of contact for the stock team handling item location queries for the studio.
Building good relationships across the studio with particular focus on the styling and models team.

The quality of work produced will reflect on the performance and effectiveness of the team as a whole.  What you'll be able to demonstrate:  Skills and experience Requires assistance when dealing with unexpected problems.
Awareness that the tasks performed relate to the work of others within the team/department.
Building strong relationships across the studio with particular focus on the styling team to help ensure smooth and aligned workflow processes.
In depth brand knowledge and active interest in keeping up to date with the evolution of trends and patterns within the industry.  You welcome feedback and embrace change.
Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve  overall objectives of the department.
