Description Job Title: Study Programme Coordinator Salary : £33,000-£41,108 Department: Quality and Student Services Job Type: Full Time/Perm We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Study Programme Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and personal development goals.
You will collaborate with our curriculum team to create a tailored learning experience that fosters academic success and personal growth while ensuring a seamless transition for students.

Key Responsibilities -Deliver well planned, engaging and unmissable personal development sessions to support learners to develop their skills and knowledge beyond the qualification, ensuring participation is high.
Attend EHCP reviews and support meetings with learning support leads.
- Facilitate engaging personal development sessions that enrich learners' skills and knowledge.
- Participate in performance review meetings to assess and discuss student progress.
- Conduct impactful one-on-one reviews to address individual needs and motivate students.
- Collaborate with families, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for learners.
- Oversee learners' curriculum and support needs as part of a cohesive team.
- Organise school taster and transition sessions in partnership with the education liaison team.
- Provide pastoral care to enhance attendance, retention, and wellbeing.
- Coordinate work experience opportunities and manage the supported internship programme.
- Work collaboratively with Progress Coaches/Study Programme Co-ordinators to achieve key performance indicators.
- Monitor student progression and destinations.
