Studio Receptionist & Administrator

Job Description Job title:  Studio Receptionist and Administrator   Reports to:  Head of Production   Summary:  This role is front of house at The Factory Studios.
Sitting in reception, you will be the first point of contact for all people arriving and departing, ensuring the studio is a warm and welcoming environment.
This role will suit a highly organised individual who loves meeting new people and wants to become part of a friendly and professional team.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Key Responsibilities Reception Duties:  ·   Meet and greet all clients, shoot teams and VIPs, providing a high level of service and hospitality.  ·   Ensure the reception and communal areas are welcoming and tidy.
·   Ensure all arrivals and departures are signed in on the Studio App and direct them to the relevant studio.  ·   Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner, answering queries, forwarding calls or taking accurate messages.
·   Managing post and courier deliveries in and out of the Studio.
