Job Summary: The Studio Manager at BFT is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and staff.
This role involves managing staff, coordinating class schedules, maintaining the studio's appearance, and driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities: Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, ensuring that all classes run smoothly and that the studio is well-maintained and fully equipped.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule a team of fitness trainers and front desk staff.
Foster a positive and energetic work environment that aligns with BFT's values.
Membership Management: Drive membership growth through effective marketing strategies, community outreach, and exceptional customer service.
Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Class Scheduling: Coordinate class schedules to optimize attendance and ensure a balanced offering of programs.
Monitor class participation and adjust schedules as needed.
Financial Oversight: Manage the studio's budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue tracking.
Develop strategies to meet financial targets and improve profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio and its programs.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract and retain members.
Quality Control: Ensure that all fitness programs meet BFT's high standards for quality and effectiveness.
Regularly review trainer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the studio.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, local businesses, and the community.
Represent BFT at local events and initiatives.
