Studio Coordinator For Renowned Architectural Firm

This renowned Architectural firm in the heart of London is currently expanding.
If you are a Studio Coordinator, the role comprises full front of house and reception duties acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing support to the Project Administration team.
This diverse role involves working with several teams across the studio and you will be involved with many different administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will involve updating daily log in sheets, ensuring the office is kept tidy and presentable, assisting in liaising with sub-contractors such as security, assisting with report production for project teams across the various stages of the project, collation of information and imagery from teams and external consultants using InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint, assisting with project teams' travel, events, meeting space bookings, and all other administrative support as required.
