Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
Manage the office filing system on google drive.

Communication and Coordination: Liaise with other departments internally and externally, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
Coordinate with external vendors, models, and freelance staff.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as fashion shoots and launch parties.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and data entry.
Prepare and update sales reports, tracking key performance metrics.
Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist with product launch uploads on shopify.
Qualifications University Degree 2-3 years experience
