Job Description The opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Studio Administrator to work with the Senior Admin Coordinator to transform the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results.

Maintain internal reports – outstanding, studio stock tracker Support Senior Admin Coordinator with invoicing/POs/SOs Track and ensure all financial records are updated Assist with budget management and reporting (as required) Liaise with the QC team, reporting all product issues to the wider team Liaise with stylists and photographers to ensure smooth running of photoshoots Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Admin Coordinator Administrative day-to-day duties Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Natural ability to work independently within an established team Methodical and thorough approach to work Ability to multi-task and prioritise work A great team player Excellent organisational and time management skills Good IT skills – Specifically a good working knowledge of MS Office Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads Additional Information As part of the application process, please provide examples of your portfolio.
