Student Support Mentor Position

About the Role Our organisation is seeking a dedicated Student Support Mentor to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School, part of Acorn Education.
As a key member of staff, you will provide essential support to pupils in various settings, including classrooms, school grounds, and activities.
Key Responsibilities • Provide individualised support to pupils with their educational and personal development • Collaborate with teachers and instructors to deliver effective lessons and activities • Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare through liaison with tutors and family support • Contribute to behaviour management and student wellbeing initiatives Requirements • GCSE C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent • Experience working with pupils • Strong communication and interpersonal skills About Us The Grange Therapeutic School is an independent school catering to students aged 8-18 years with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
