The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the processes within the Student Recruitment Department.
This role involves developing and implementing quality control measures, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement.
Role and Responsibilities: Quality Check: Perform thorough quality checks on the cases to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.Identify and document any deviations in quality.Process Improvement: Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.Propose and implement measures to address identified quality issues.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality checks.Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on quality control measures and best practices.Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations and other relevant departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to quality management.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.Stay informed about changes in quality standards and implement necessary updates. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.Proven experience working with Zoho CRM system.Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
