Why Join KPMG as a Student Recruitment Attraction Coordinator This role supports the award-winning student recruitment team, primarily through the end-to-end recruitment process and involvement in attraction activities to recruit diverse talent.
The coordinator role plays a key part in a team that is dedicated to ensuring KPMG's undergraduate, graduate and apprenticeship programmes have a strong profile at target universities/schools and its recruitment process is leading within its industry.
This Coordinator role will have a specific focus on attraction but will work closely with the wider team to provide an efficient, high quality, client focused service for applicants and the business alike, throughout the recruitment process.
What will you be doing?
Attraction & Outreach Support officers with the planning, promotion and delivery of attraction campaigns and events with universities, schools, and colleges, as well as KPMG events e.g.
Black History Month event.
Support officers with post offer activity administration tasks such as sending invitations, monitoring responses and monitoring of social media groups.
Frequent administration tasks to support the team e.g.
booking event space, processing data, updating presentations, sourcing and confirming volunteers, sending calendar invitations and organising collateral for events.
Assist with the delivery of our work experience programmes.
Support officers with external partnership relationships in an administrative capacity.
Support with any additional attraction activities as and when needed.
Recruitment Operations Delivering a positive candidate journey by responding daily to telephone and inbox enquiries in line with SLAs Management of centralised inboxes on a daily basis.
Support officers in progressing applications through the recruitment process in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support with facilitating and administrative tasks for KPMG's Launch Pads and other assessment stages.
Support with any additional operational activities as and when needed.
What will you need to do it?
A keen interest in Student Recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience.
An understanding of the Student Recruitment Cycle and a knowledge of the marketplace.
Exceptional administration, organisation and time management skills, being able to independently manage their own workload and responsibilities whilst recognising when to escalate concerns.
Strong IT skills, notably Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to produce high quality work, paying close attention to detail.
Team player with a willingness to support others when their workload is reaching capacity.
Ability to demonstrate empathy Drive and commitment to improving diversity and inclusion within professional services.
Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment, being able to adapt to change quickly and positively.
Comfortable presenting to large audience both virtually and in-person.
Whilst this role is office based, you will be required to travel to KPMG offices and events around the UK – this will require overnight stays during campaign time and on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year.
