From interviewing to guiding them through their enrolment appointment, you will be their main College contact for that next chapter in their education journey.Responsibilities You will be responsible for:Coordinating and deliver a schedule of applicant interviews, both on-campus and in schools, ensuring each interaction is professional and effective.Conducting engaging and informative, high-quality interviews, offering impartial advice about courses, funding and progression routes ensuring every applicant leaves their interview feeling confident about their next steps.Capturing and manage applicant data accurately, keeping records up-to-date and complaint with data protection laws.Representing HSDC at school events open days, and festivals, showing off the vibrant and dynamic opportunities we offer.Being the point of contact for applicants and their careers, creating a welcoming and supportive experience at every touchpoint.Requirements You will need:A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicleA confident communicator who can connect with peopleSkilled in admin and IT (Microsoft Office & Google) with excellent attention to detailA creative thinker with a passion for education and a knack for problem-solvingThe ability to work autonomously for some tasks as well as part of a team for othersBenefitsIn return, you will receive:Invest in Your Growth: Access a wide range of training, in-house coaching, workshops, and funding for qualifications.
