This is a newly-created position and we are looking for someone who can connect with the pupils and discuss all things food!
Sustainability, improvements, new menu ideas, holding cookery skills classes – these are just some of the projects you would work on.
We are looking for someone with brilliant creativity who can confidently make changes and bring new ideas to life to keep things fresh for the pupils.
This is a permanent position (52 weeks / year) and will be a 40-hour week, 5 days over 7.

A day in the life of a Student Engagement Co-Ordinator: Spending time with the pupils, understanding their likes and dislikes and proposing new menu ideas Building strong relationships with each school house (housemaster / housemistress and pupils) so they become comfortable sharing their ideas Creating a calendar for food events (monthly, seasonal, etc.)
Planning and holding a chef's table and similar engagement events, following up with surveys / feedback Provide knowledge sharing sessions and workshops for pupils covering different topics, such as sustainability Drive engagement through different media (using templates provided to you) Generate monthly reports to share and report back to the Director of Catering You'll be set up for success if you have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and engaging demeanour Previous experience working in a catering / food environment is essential Previous experience of working with children is ideal Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Ability to work under own initiative and make ideas happen A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle would be beneficial for this role If you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.
