The role An opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Farming Department in Newbury.
The team has an established reputation as leader in the provision of Farm Business advice and Estate management.
They undertake the management of Farms and Rural Estates and offer a range of professional rural advice throughout central southern England; their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base.
This is an opportunity at Graduate level to work with the existing team in providing advice and management to our clients.
Responsibilities • Supporting colleagues to provide farm business management services including budgeting and financial management, cropping plans and grain marketing, work planning for farm employees and contractors.
• Preparing reports for colleagues and clients on practical and financial matters • Advising on and drafting SFI schemes.
• Advising on and preparing applications for other rural grants, including capital grants schemes and private sector schemes.
• Advising on other opportunities for clients including in terms of new technologies, new income streams and diversification.
