Charles Levick have partnered with a market leader within the Energy Trading space, We have been commissioned to find a highly motivated Senior Quantitative Analyst as they continue to expand their ever growing team.
Your role & responsibilities Lead power and renewable certificate pricing and product offerings for front-office sales, working with various stakeholders to enhance the profitability and competitiveness of pricing strategies.
Drive forward the green transition, focusing on power and certificates, new products, and market expansion.
Develop and refine pricing models to anticipate future price shifts and key risk areas.
Oversee and align upstream and downstream pricing data inputs and outputs to ensure consistency across the business model.
Assess market and regulatory risks that impact the sales portfolio.
Lead portfolio analytics initiatives to minimize risk and maximize P&L.
Must Have 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, in energy trading or a related field.
Direct experience with Energy / Power markets Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
