Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join the dynamic team in Leeds.
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of architectural projects.
Your expertise with Revit software will be instrumental in creating accurate and efficient building models that align with our clients' vision and project requirements.
Responsibilities: Assist in the production of construction documents and technical drawings.
Implement changes and updates to existing Revit models as needed.
Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the BIM models.
Work closely with project teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Revit and BIM technologies.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Revit Technician or similar role in the architecture or engineering industry.
Proficiency in using Revit software for building design and documentation.
Strong understanding of BIM principles and standards.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A portfolio or examples of previous Revit projects will be highly advantageous.
Education and Qualifications: A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications in Revit and BIM will be considered a plus.
