Job summary If you are a Band 5 Dietitian with experience of working with individuals who have had a stroke and would like to specialise in the area this 12 month, 30 hour a week post might be for you.Chesterfield Royal Hospital is a district general hospital with specialist acute and rehabilitation stroke beds.We are a small, friendly and supportive team of 25, made up of Dietitians, Assistant Dietitian Practitioners, a Nutrition Support Nurse and Administrative staff.
The Dietitian is a well respected and fundamental part of our Stroke Multi Disciplinary team.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential HCPC registered Experience Essential Experience of working with stroke Significant postgraduate dietetic experience in an NHS in and outpatient setting Significant experience of working with patient requiring oral nutrition support and enteral feeds Experience of supervising students on practice placement Skills and Knowledge Essential Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and as of a team Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Trust Care Values Essential Demonstrates the ability to meet the values
