As proud partners with Scottish Water, our business is expanding, and we are actively seeking an experienced NRSWA Coordinator/Administrator to join our team.
The Role… Work orders rely on being planned successfully and this is your opportunity to be there at the beginning, to map out what needs to be achieved.
You'll communicate with various colleagues and customers, to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined.
These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in... Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate… Streetworks Coordinator experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions and preferably from the utilities or engineering sector.
Along with the ability to use all Microsoft packages and if you are Aurora accredited that would be perfect.
Also required are highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people with great customer service skills.
