We require a dedicated operative who has a passion to keep the environment clean and tidy so that the entire visitor experience can be one to remember.
Joining our team, you'll share our commitment to clean up our town, undertake duties in relation to the collection of waste and recycling and removal of litter, debris and weeds.
The Biffa division you'll be supporting.
Biffa's household waste division is a leading service provider to local authorities, providing household waste and recycling collections, street cleansing and other services.
Within our household waste division, we employ c.3,566 people and have a fleet of c.1,487 waste collection vehicles, operating across the country from 44 depots.
Requirements Here's what we require: We are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge, can fit into a team of people or work alone and who is proud and committed to the service they provide.
You've got to enjoy being outdoors in all weathers and meeting the public.
; litter picking and litter bin emptying, town centre upkeep maintenance, flytip collection and graffiti removal.
Applicants must be physically fit to complete all duties and be willing to undertake any necessary training to fully complete the role.
This role will include work such as lifting bags, sorting recycling, emptying bins town centre upkeep maintenance, flytip collection and graffiti removal.
Full driving license would be desirable.
