We're hiring for a Strategy Partner to join our team in Manchester or London.
Purpose of the Role As a Strategy Partner, you will lead the day-to-day on clients, with support from a Head Of, leading and contributing fresh valuable thinking to pitches for some of our major clients.
You'll become a valued strategic liaison with the account team across key clients to ensure the team's contribution is at the level needed to maintain and grow relationships, being a key member of new business pitches, including strategic upfront and creative ideation.

Key Responsibilities Be a professional problem solver and relish the development of bold, business-changing strategies.
Translating business objectives into human behaviour, defining audiences, creating overall strategic directions, creating insightful customer journeys and clear actionable jobs to be done.
Liaise with Carat and the broader dentsu group to help create brilliant and imaginative solutions to these strategies, within media and beyond.
Focus on further developing existing client relationships by identifying areas where we can add further, incremental value to their business and ours.
Provide inspiration and ongoing thought leadership across the agency and in external publications.
Get involved with the strategy department, helping shape and own key internal initiatives.
Qualifications + Skills Experience in a strategic role in a media agency or in a through-the-line creative agency, client organisation or data and insight company, or have come from a media planning background.
A big picture thinker and a natural collaborator.
Empathetic, curious, and able to generate fresh insight.
People person who can gain the respect of senior clients and work well at the heart of a happy, productive team.
Ability to keep things simple and actionable amid all the potential complexity.
What we offer This is a permanent role.
The team is based in our Manchester or London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
The team are currently in the office twice a week.
