Craft: Data, Analytics & Strategy Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to join the Candy Crush Franchise team.
Reporting to the Head of Franchise Development, you will help shape and execute long-term franchise strategies in alignment with overall franchise and title goals.
This role requires close collaboration across teams to drive franchise growth, optimize initiatives, and deliver key reporting for the Candy Crush franchise.
This role can be based in London or Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and analyze key strategic questions.
Provide insights and recommendations to support franchise goals and execution across teams.
Strategic Initiatives: Ensure alignment and progress of strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and monitor projects.
Player Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing player behavior to inform strategy, supporting improvements in player engagement and satisfaction.
Franchise Reporting: Help prepare and analyze quarterly Key Title Reviews, tracking metrics such as engagement, retention, and revenue to guide strategic adjustments.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in strategic development.
Strong communication skills in person, writing, and presentations.
Ability to manage both strategic planning and operational execution.
Passion for gaming and an understanding of player behavior and market trends.
Leadership and Collaboration: We value traits such as focus, curiosity, and resilience, and behaviors that demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, effective networking, and decision-making.
