The Strategy Management Office (SMO) works together with Company Management on SoftServe Strategy & Long-Term Goals.
We partner with SoftServe senior leadership to design and execute Strategic Initiatives, empowering change of our business.
POSITION DESCRIPTION Together with SoftServe Management, you will be working on company strategy and long-term vision.
You will also contribute to the transformative projects, impacting processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals.
The team's working mode is project based.
In our work we use similar approach and methodologies as leading consulting companies You will engage directly with senior stakeholders and key functional leaders, to support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.
You are expected to conduct a rigorous data driven problem analysis, explore innovative solution options, and create structured plans that lay the foundation for sustainable growth and efficiency across the company.
You will collaborate with respective stakeholders to align corporate, functional and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategy.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS At least 4 years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm.
Alternatively, strong experience in corporate strategy or a transformation role, with a demonstrated record of managing high-stakes projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and independently navigate complex tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels.
A passion for making strategic ideas a reality, with the flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementation.
