This is a chance to work across a diverse range of pharmaceutical clients, driving meaningful change and connecting teams with purpose.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement tailored communication strategies for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Conduct research to uncover insights on audiences, therapeutic areas, and industry trends, translating these into actionable strategies.
Partner with clients to understand their objectives, offering strategic guidance to elevate brand impact.
Collaborate with creative teams to bring strategic insights to life through high-impact campaigns.
Develop messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and tactical plans that resonate with target audiences.
Track campaign success with analytics, optimising strategies and providing continuous feedback for improvement.
Stay current on healthcare and pharmaceutical trends to inform relevant, impactful strategies.
Skills and Experience: 3-5 years in a strategic role, ideally within medical communications.
A minimum BSc in a Life Science subject.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable, results-driven strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience collaborating with creative teams to execute strategic visions.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape.
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, delivering strategic value.
Experience in customer journey mapping and enhancing customer experience across multiple channels.
