Details of the offer

Salary Grade 8 - £37,938 to £41,511 per annum
We are looking for an individual to specialise in handling the more complex developments and major projects received by the Council. With an existing knowledge of the planning system and processes, the individual will work alongside a dedicated team working and leading on several significant projects which could be anything from large residential developments to solar farms, to huge mixed-use strategic sites or any other exciting opportunities which may arise.
If you feel you have the right skills and expertise to succeed in this role and as highlighted on the job requirements, we would love to hear from you.
