As a Strategic Account Manager in UK3P, you will beresponsible for overseeing and driving growth for our largest andmost strategic sellers.
In this role, you will: • Provideholistic performance management and oversight for our top sellers.This includes identifying and addressing any concerning performancetrends, and escalating issues to leadership teams in the UK and EUas needed.
• Develop and implement best-in-class accountmanagement frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationshipswith these key sellers.
The goal is to drive sustained, profitablegrowth for both the sellers and Amazon.
• Establishdata-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers acrossmultiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can bescaled.
This will allow us to proactively engage with and supportthe most promising sellers.
• Engage directly withC-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategicalignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen ourpartnerships.
• Effectively navigate the complexities ofa matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistentlystrong results.
• Streamline seller engagement andsupport, reducing pain points and tailoring our assistance to eachseller's unique needs.
This will enhance internal productivitywhile improving the seller experience.
The idealcandidate will have a strong track record in strategic accountmanagement, deep e-commerce expertise, excellentrelationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in acomplex, fast-paced environment.
