As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating and driving value immediately for our customer implementations. This individual will manage the project and successful execution throughout the client implementation, striving on delivering a positive experience for our customers. Setting our customers up for success immediately helps ensure our customers thrive leveraging our platform. The ideal candidate will have unique leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to guide customers to find immediate value, while setting them up for long-term success in Siteimprove s business solutions.
What you will be doingManage and facilitate all aspects of SaaS implementation project for new accounts, including scoping,execution, and change request managementWork closely with executive project sponsor and stakeholders in defining project goals and objectivesCollaborate with customer stakeholders to define implementation plan and deliver against the planLead the implementation of a coordinated set of plans and programs for all phases to meet the goals and priorities of the projectsIdentify opportunities to deliver immediate value to the customer, while setting customers up for long-term success; one of our core principlesEstablish and manage communication and risk management plans Monitor and track project progress and work efforts on a daily/weekly basis, and report project status to senior management and other stakeholders Partner closely with sales and implementation services to scope and estimate customer engagementsCollect customer feedback during the implementation and recommend product enhancements and newproduct opportunities to Siteimprove s Product teamEstablish best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature Siteimprove s implementation process, practices, and capabilitiesCommunicate clearly with management, customers, sales, and developers to ensure business requirements are translated accurately for implementationWhat we will require of youBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills and abilities. (3-5) Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, planning, tracking; preferably with SaaS products Ability to successfully manage and execute software implementation projects Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations Proven track record of working concurrently on multiple customer engagements and with customers and colleagues across multiple time zones 20+% travel may be required and may require working outside of hours Valid Passport What we will love about youFormal project management training and/or certification; PMP Certification, a strong plusProficient in software projects/products implementationExperience in using project management and presentation toolsExperience in writing business requirements and functional specification documents
