We're looking for a proactive Stores Person to join our busy team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of parts in and out of the business.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing stock transactions, picking, packing, and shipping parts to engineers and customers, as well as receiving deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Principal Objectives: Ensure successful and timely shipment of parts out of the business Transact faulty parts back in to the business Accurate and timely reception of new parts in to the business Maintain and transact accurate stock details Key Responsibilities: Using system generated reports, pick, pack and ship all outgoing stock Take delivery of goods coming into the business Locate parts with in the stores Using system generated reports, pick, pack and ship parts to engineers for van stock Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse Collect and distribute parts as required (from local area) Forklift Truck driving as required Liaising with internal repairers to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of parts Dealing with couriers and hauliers Conducting of some Cyclic Stock Counts Skills & Abilities Required (Essential): Excellent numeracy skills Ability to work as part of a small team Good attention to detail Flexible approach to work Commercially aware Positive attitude Competent with Microsoft tools Technical awareness Good communication skills Clean Driver's License Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable): Fork Lift License (Counterbalance) As per Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Employee's must also Take care of their own health and safety and that of others Co-operate with their employers Not interfere with anything provided in the interest of health and safety Reasons to join us: Salary plus overtime* Free Parking Cycle to work scheme Salary Sacrifice Pension Perk Box Life Assurance *Weekend Rota (one Saturday a month), worked at OT rate 1.5 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; our commitment to DEI: TSG UK is an equal opportunity employer.
