Stores Operative

We are working with an established manufacturer in the Ramsgate area who are looking for a Stores Operative to join their team on a permanent basis, in office.Offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free secure parking, a reward and recognition scheme, and private insurance.
This is a lovely role for the right person.You will play a crucial role in the operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1 Handling good in activities, including receipting, counting, and ERP data entry.
2 Maintaining the warehouse, managing stock movements and control using the ERP system.
3 Allocating stock and kitting components into Work Packages.
4 Ensuring traceability of goods and materials.
5 Preparing materials for shipping and receiving goods after external processing.
6 Packing goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
7 Booking couriers and dispatching goods, ensuring Export Compliance rules are followed.
8 Performing general maintenance activities.
9 Driving details as required.
10 Any additional tasks as required by the line management.Qualifications & Experience: * Forklift License (Preferable but not essential) * English and Maths, GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) * Previous warehouse experience (not essential)Skills & Abilities: * Effective written and oral communication.
* Computer Literate (MS Office Packages).
* Multi-Skilled.
