Location: HaverhillSalary: Up to £30,000pa (depending on experience)Benefits: Flexi-working, enhanced pension (up to 5% contributions), 33 days holiday, private medical & dentalKey skills required: Stores, Goods In, Goods Out, Dispatch, Delivery, KittingA leading Engineering business is seeking a Stores / Dispatch Technician to join their growing Stores team.The business, who manufacture and maintain special purpose systems, offer a wide range of solutions for high profile businesses across the UK.In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing products and components in and out of stores, setting up parts kits for production staff and conducting stock checks.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar Engineering / Technical stores-related roleKnowledge of SOP's, Work Instructions and completing Report FormsResponsible for data entry and quality systemsPromote safe working within the stores and dispatch departmentsResponsibilities:Record inward bound goods, inspect and verify quality and place into appropriate locationBook materials in to the system and make sure they're stored in the correct placePick goods from stores, package and arrange for dispatchArrange delivery of equipment from the office to site/customersManage warranty and repair of equipment with customers & suppliersConduct regular stock checks and cycle countsReport stock shortages and liaise with buyers / purchasing teams to arrange replenishmentKeep stores and working areas safe and tidy at all times
