We invite you to apply for the position of Store Manager to leave your mark on the future lives and happiness of our fellow employees and valued customers at Karaca and help spread our mission to the wider world into which we are so rapidly expanding.Job Description:Responsibilities:Drives a high customer service culture in the store to exceed customer expectations.Takes overall responsibility for the smooth running of the store.Recruits, trains, and motivates team members.Ensures the team acquires and continually updates a high level of product knowledge.Controls costs of staff, consumables, and stationery within company targets.Maintains excellent store standards of display, point of sale, and housekeeping according to company guidelines.Carries out tasks as directed by the Retail Ops team and other head office personnel within the required timeframe.Ensures the security of company cash, stock, equipment, and premises.Follows company policies on health & safety and takes responsibility for a safe workplace.Ensures that the store stock file is kept accurate through regular audits and good housekeeping.Skills/Attributes Required:Customer-focused.Target-oriented and driven to succeed financially.Able to lead a team by example.Team player.Clear and effective communicator.Organized and able to plan own work and that of others.Works well under pressure.Able to analyze data and take appropriate action.Attention to detail.Deadline-oriented.Computer literate – Word, Excel, email/internet.Interest in the Karaca brand and products.Positive outlook and demeanor.We have a lot to share at KARACA!
