Mode Search is supporting a Leading Luxury Homeware Brand in their search for a Store Manager This renowned brand, celebrated for its exquisite furniture and homeware collections, is at a premier lifestyle destination are seeking a store manager in the Renowned 'Redbrick'.
The Store Manager role is integral to this expansion, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building a high-performing team.
As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the store exceeds sales targets, delivers unparalleled customer service, and fosters team success.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment.
This role requires a proven background in luxury retail, particularly within furniture or homeware, and the ability to inspire your team to consistently achieve excellence.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve or exceed sales and performance targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model for the store team.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive client loyalty and revenue growth.
Oversee merchandising and ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic and standards.
Recruit, train, and develop a passionate retail team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to optimize performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Trade, to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, ideally within luxury furniture or homeware.
Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
Outstanding interpersonal and clienteling abilities, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Passion for interiors, with an eye for detail and merchandising excellence.
Proficiency in retail operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance.
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
