Store Manager

Position : Store Manager Experience : 1-3 Years Salary : Depends Upon Experience Location : Singapore Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the store, managing inventory, supervising staff, and providing excellent customer service.
The Store Manager will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the store - Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate - Supervise and train store staff - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Implement sales strategies to drive revenue - Achieve sales targets and KPIs - Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Store Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and managerial skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
