The Role: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager with previous tile/bathroom experience to continue the growth of our well-established retail store in a great location.
We have a fantastic team whom you would be expected to inspire and motivate, leading by example and developing their sales and customer service skills to maximise all sales opportunities.
This role entails dealing with the trade and public, managing a team of 3, ordering, organising, and controlling stocks, and displays, and making trade calls.
Some manual lifting will be involved.
This role will require some flexibility from you to cover store open hours weekends and bank holidays.
