The Role: As a Store Manager , you will: Lead, coach, and inspire your team to exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships.
Ensure the smooth running of the store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Promote the brand's unique selling points and core values to drive success.
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations.
Drive profitability and sales turnover by implementing effective processes and controls.
Collaborate with Senior and Area Managers, providing updates and insights as needed.
