Store Restaurant Manager Details: The Store Manager is fully responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant.
You will help recruit and shape the dynamic team we hope to create, and work alongside them serving perfect food whilst maintaining exceptionally high cleanliness standards.
You will represent the restaurant with inspiring leadership, passion, energy and knowledge, ensuring every customer has a great experience and our 'community' ethos is well executed.
The Store Manager will also ensure all company policies and procedures are enforced, including HR, allergens, food safety and more.
What does the role consist of?
Managing staff and rota Providing on-shift training Ensuring all HACCP requirements are fulfilled Adhering to site requirements and conditions Stock taking and ordering Stock delivery management Meeting targets such as order volume, preparation times, maintaining excellent ratings Restaurant compliance and reporting Responsible for food quality and consistency Development into taking on additional responsibilities, such as recruitment and maintenance Full training will be provided You should be passionate about delivering excellent levels of service and driven by the idea of running a successful team and restaurant.
You should be ambitious, quick to learn, a leader, someone who leads by example and enjoys inspiring and motivating others.
You should be energetic, hard-working, focused on achieving results, ready to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
