Salary : £50,600 - £65,995 per annum (starting salary negotiable for the right candidate)
Contract : Permanent, 45 hours per week (40-hour contracts also available)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operations of a high-performing store.

What You'll Do: Manage all aspects of a £multi-million store.
Oversee operational efficiency, including deliveries, scheduling, and cost control.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries, manage team performance, and carry out operational tasks such as till spot checks.
Drive sales growth while minimising costs and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For: Leadership Experience : Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility : Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
Organisational Skills : Strong time management and operational efficiency expertise.
Eligibility : Full right to work in the UK and ability to drive (or willingness to obtain a driving licence within three months of starting).
