If you have at least 3 years of relevant Store Management / Leadership experience in a luxury, customer-focused retail environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you as Manager in our Cambridge store.

ABOUT YOU You have at least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience in a specialist retail environment ?selling luxury products and brands You will lead, motivate, and coach your people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers to make them feel special You will have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth You will be commercially minded to maximise sales opportunities and drive business performance A GUIDE TO YOUR BENEFITS When you join Fraser Hart, we'll give you everything you need to get off to a great start; a full induction in one of our training stores along with continued support and development from your Regional Manager.
