Stock Condition Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a rolling temporary contract in Tamworth.
The position is due to start next week on a full-time basis.
The rates are; £20 per flat £24 per house £26 per block The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys and validating HHSRS on electronic tablets for social housing providers.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures Experience required: Stock condition surveying Skills, knowledge and expertise required: HHSRS Understanding of fire safety compliance Good communication skills Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
