Stock Condition Surveyor

ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.
Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver Stock Condition surveys.
Key job requirements include: Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports Inputting data on site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with excellent personal and communication skills.
You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to be successful with your application.
Salary £40k to £45k plus company car or allowance £4.2k, pension scheme, holiday package 23 days plus bank holiday and CPD training on offer.
