We are proud to have a team of enthusiastic customers and colleagues who are all dedicated to creating a legacy of wellbeing.At Lifeplus we celebrate and embrace diversity and we believe that our success comes from creating a caring and fun community.Job Purpose:The Stock Assistant is an important role in the warehouse operations, reporting to the Stock Team Leader, they ensure strict adherence to all warehouse processes and procedures, and are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, efficient inventory management, and seamless order fulfilment.The role will include but is not limited to: Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling stock.Demonstrate collaboration and adaptability with the process team, especially during busy periods.Assist in conducting detailed and thorough stock audits, including the annual stock audit.Safely performing manual handling tasks, including receiving stock, stock replenishment and rotation.Adhere and ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policies and procedures, consistently demonstrating a duty of care towards other colleagues and equipment.Inform your Team leader of any stock damage or required equipment repairs.Using Mechanical Handling Equipment safely by adhering to operating procedures and the training provided.
Candidate Profile: Must have good numerical skills and basic computer literacyMust have a good understanding of the English language to receive, interpret, and communicate information accurately.Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.Able to perform picking and packing duties with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.Must be reliable, flexible, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.Capable of working effectively under pressure and independently.Must work well as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels.Displays a positive, proactive attitude towards the success of the team and overall operations.
