My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a remote first policy + ad hoc client site visits when required (on average 1-2 visits per month).
They are looking for a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growly Digital Factory team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors and we have a top end budget of £55000 + full bens available.
Primary skills and experience required: Must hold active SC (Security Check) clearance Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.
Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.
Experience working within UK Government and Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles is an essential Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where youve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights youve gathered.
Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys.
Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
