JMC Aviation are working with an MRO company based in Luton , looking to recruit a new Station Manager to join their team.
This client is an international line and base maintenance provider, operating a comprehensive level of support for commercial aircraft operators.
As an independent MRO, they are able to adapt their approach to respond to rapidly changing requirements and provide services which include component repairs, overhauls, piece part manufacture, aircraft fuel tank repairs, aircraft maintenance, aircraft interiors and AOG support.

This is a Permanent Position based in Luton .
Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday, 08:30 - 14:30.

Other Duties Involve Ensuring all relevant station, EASA and CAA regulations are met Ensuring relevant procedures are developed, maintained and reviewed to ensure compliance with all regulations Ensuring all relevant directions, procedures and directives are controlled Managing the line station costs and revenue to ensure all expenditure is recorded and potential cost savings or potential overspends are brought to the attention of the OMM Maintaining an efficient and effectives station structure to support the customer airline fleet Ensuring staffing levels and skills are sufficient to fulfil shift requirements Managing, understanding and striving to improve station KPIs Having a good over site of selected 3rd party suppliers Ensuring all responsible staff are regularly briefed and aware of their responsibilities Ensuring that all responsible staff's qualifications are kept up to date Ensuring all relevant staff are aware of all health & safety obligations and responsibilities In order to be successful in this role the Station Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes UK CAA or EASA Part 66 B1 licence Airbus A320 type rating Line maintenance experience on customer-based commercial aircraft Supervisory and/or managerial experience Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) knowledge Right to work in the UK If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.
