Administrator - Standardisation Team Permanent Manchester: £23,280 - £25, 400 Smart Hybrid Working Exams.

We deliver over 9 million examination results each year.
We aim to Never Let a Learner Down.
You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the standardisation meetings with teachers and examiners, both in person and remotely.
You will support the preparation of those meetings, sending invitations and confirmations, supporting with IT issues and responding to telephone and email queries.
You will be working in a hybrid way, which fluctuates throughout the year depending upon the workload and business needs.
When not directly involved in an exam series, you will be planning for the next - continuous improvement, only the very best is good enough.

What will I need to succeed?
The ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and customers and able to navigate several IT systems.
The skills to help assist lead high numbers of seasonal staff during our busy summer series, delegating and directing, escalating when appropriate You need to be able to talk with people, on the telephone and in meetings, and be able to proactively resolve issues, multi-tasking is what you excel at - resilience is key.
Accuracy, attention to detail whilst working at pace and the ability to build meaningful working relationships are key to this role so if this is you, we would love to hear from you.
